In the Sunshine Coast, great venues for hire tend to book out three months in advance, and even a year in advance for the holiday seasons. You don’t need to make a deposit, but we do take your credit card, and there’s an agreed charge as security. It’s best to call us to discuss your options.
Our function room is a private mezzanine that can accommodate up to 100 guests. Your guest are also welcome to use our outdoor spaces and public bar.
Our Coolum function rooms can accommodate a variety of laid-back events, including casual business meetings or functions, after party wedding events, birthday parties, anniversaries, and more. Drop in to check out our space and our selection of catering options.
We offer in-house catering and beverage services with a variety of menu options, but if you want to bring a cake for example, no dramas. Otherwise, please use our catering. That said, if you have special dietary requirements please discuss this with our events team.
Yes, we offer on-site parking for guests, but there’s also plenty of on-street parking available, nearby. Our functions usually include beverage service, so please be a responsible host and put some thought into safe transportation home for your guests.
We only have one function room for venue hire, but your guests can also use our public bar, including the outdoor area that has a family friendly, kids area and activities.
If you’re considering venue hire, we can arrange this as part of the booking. In future, we’re looking at the viability of operating transport that caters for Noosa, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim, Kawana, and even as far as Caloundra.
Yes, if you’re looking for a venue that you can secure with a deposit. Then it’s smart to do this well in advance to avoid disappointment. You’ll find that the best range of Sunshine Coast venues book out early.
We don’t. We celebrate social activities, as opposed to closed doors. That said, our private venue area is located upstairs away from the public bar. You’re also free to mingle with other patrons.
We want to be your first choice of venue for your next party or gathering, so yes, we’ll help you plan transport, food menus, and beverage lists. We plan the function with a suitable timeline and ensure you’re comfortable with the schedule.
Our Coolum bar is licensed until midnight, meaning that our Sunshine Coast venue needs to divert your good vibes elsewhere at around 11:00pm. We take care in helping your guests get home or to their next destination safely.
